This concierge service is for the seller that doesn't have much time to manage the pre listing needs of the process and / or wants to have a more hand off role in the pre-listing process.

• Establish and manage a pre-listing budget based on net profit needs.

• Conduct research and obtain proposals for necessary upgrades/repairs for professionals based on the established budget and timeline.

• Schedule and meet with vendors (with or without sellers) for walk-throughs and any onsite meetings.

• Direct project management and service coordination for repairs, upgrades, and inspection resolutions.

• Basic staging package. (for listings over $400K)

• Virtual staging package (for listings under $300K)
